EIA Petition to Amend the TPA

Signed, and bumped, but is it possible to ammend the wording? Otherwise it seems as if we are asking the government to amend the TPA but its not immediately clear what we want it ammending TO. The "more info" from the creator is good, but it would be better if the second sentence read along the lines of "Amend the TPA to enforce a coggins test for all horses travelling from X Y Z.

Please, its just a friendly suggestion, I would just hate for it not to work.

It's a good idea, and appreciated, but I don't think it can be altered now.

It would have been too much to write all the changes, because although EIA is the focus, there are other diseases involved in the current abuse of the Agreement. Ultimately, the amendments will have to be thrashed out between the big sporting bodies anyway. If this petition can go even someway to forcing that to happen, then it will have achieved it's aim.
