horseless jorge!

I snapped my collarbone clean in half about.... eight or nine weeks ago now?... and I'm still having problems with my back/ neck and arm.
My mare threw me after getting a little tooo excited on the roads. She slipped with her front end and bucked with her back end and chucked me, then stood on me.
All I can recall after hitting the deck was 'oh NO! I have a show in three days!!' and needless to say I didn't attend. xD
But yeah, the hospital thought I'd dislocated it cause the end of the bone was displaced so far out. :L Not good.
But it's healed now, with about half an inch of bone overlap which is annoying, and I'm still having trouble with laying on that side in bed, with lifting heavy things etc. with that arm.
Anyone have similar issue? I stopped physio about a week ago, they said I was fine.
