I've never bought from the website but I buy loads of stuff from their shop in Wokingham - the service is always fantastic. The staff are lovely and will go out of their way to order in stuff for me.

Ive bought online from there with no problems at all .... steer clear of Frogpool manor (see my thread) very poor service

I spend far too much in Eileen Douglas, in their shops - I live half way between two of them. Always fantastic service, very fair prices so I'm sure the online is just as good.
