Eileen Douglas own stable rugs

After my previous thread re. Under rugs I’ve come across these stable rugs from Eileen Douglas tack shops. Anyone got one? Are they awful?
My only suggestion on my other thread was to try ruggles but they don’t appear to make an under rug anymore.
These are so cheap I could get the 100g and 200g for the same price as a normal under rug.They are only for layering but I do want them to stay in place and be comfortable.

I would imagine they are quite good quality! The old groom at my yard had a couple of their turnout rugs and he never complained about them. They do their own brand johds and my friend recommended them :)

If you are ever local, its a fantastic tack shop - everyone is friendly and helpful (its my go to horsey shop) Or give them a call ;)

At the price though, I don't think you can go wrong!

I asked about turnouts from there and feedback was a bit hit and miss so I left it in the end. Some of the comments were about sizing and shape and the neck on that looks really weird! I have a lovely underrug, 100gm, really nice shape and its a lovely soft material. Its a Gallop one. I dont normally buy Gallop stuff as its so cheap and I worry about quality but this has lasted ages and a fair amount of abuse! Pretty sure it was £25 brand new from ebay.
 
So I had a look at the gallop ones and tbh they do look ok. However they don’t have my size unless I buy the most expensive one listed (typical!) and I just object a bit to that 😂
 
On the basis of a recent post LW's?) I took a chance and bought one of their turnouts along with the 100 & 200 liners. Haven't needed to use the liners yet, but very happy with the turnout sheet.

Fit is good, same size as normal for ponio. Possibly it may not be waterproof in heavy rain as ahigher denier, but they tend to be fetched/kept in on horrible days. I know ponies don't shrink in the rain (!) but they're on top of a hill with no shelter, plus we need to save the ground from getting churned up to preserve grass cover. I've been really pleasedwith the value/quality, and delivery was really quick.

First heard of them through their stall @ Burghley, always seem to have good quality stock and seem to match it with online service. Obviously doesn't answer your main Q, but a vote of confidence for their products/service based on my own experience.
