She's 13 and getting quite incontenant - is there anything we can do for her?

Any tablets from the vets that anyone would recommend?

She's got to got to the vets for her vaccinations soon, but I just wondered if anyone had any experience of treatment for this :o

Thanks.

My old GSD is urinary incontinent, she is on urilin which seems to help though hasn't cured it. A few weeks ago she got terrible and was just standing with urine dripping from her, she was also drinking more so I got her checked out and bloods and urine were all fine so we have decided it is just a neurological thing. I have managed to improve things by taking her out very regularly and making sure she has a wee and actually empties her bladder, previously she was wandering off before she finished! I am sleeping her on vetbeds which keep her dry (dampness soaks through) and they wash well. In the evenings when she comes into our carpeted room I have bought a waterproof mattress protector and she has her bed on that.
In view of your girls age I would definitely get her checked by the vet first to eliminate any other problems and then hopefully medication will help her.
