Electric Fencing

Hi.
Im after some electric fencing for my fatty! I need a starter pack, inc battery kit, tape, and posts. Preferable cheap!
Any ideas? My budget it £100! Doesn't have to be amazing as horse is terrifed of the tape alone, so he wont go near it!
