I have been looking at horse showers. I don’t need it to be portable and have electricity supply. So is it safe to use a domestic/human electric, will be fixed in a barn. “Horse showers” seem more expensive than domestic ones.
I am absolutely terrified of any combination of gas/electric/water so have no idea about these things.
Any advice?

I had a human shower fitted at my yard, runs off the electric so water heats up as it runs. I drain it when I know the temperature is going to be below freezing though. I got an electrician to fit it.

Same as chocolategirl. I also have it fixed to a removable board so that I can drain it and take it down and store it in the warm when it is very cold (I did manage to blow my way through a couple of units in the early days by not draining it and removing it).

The electrician has now fitted it so that I can disconnect the electric supply and I also have a valve so that I can disconnect the water supply.
