Elementary 42 (2008) help please

Stupidly entered a show for Saturday without checking the test only to notice I don't actually have Elementary 42 (2008). Can someone help please? (sorry it's bound to be a lengthy test!)

if you have old ele 41 it is same test.

if you're going to use an old test, remember you are now allowed rising trot throughout. Don't know if there is anything else different.
