ELGIN PEOPLE - ANOTHER HORSE ATTACK

Following the fatal attack on a horse near Elgin last week, police have today confirmed that another has been attacked - though thankfully whoever is responsible has only hacked off their mane / tail!

These horses were not in isolated places so please keep your eyes open to any strange comings and goings in your area.

Tho not in that area I am in Scotland so does worry me a bit.I mean I can get to Elgin and back in a day with plenty time to spare so will be a bit wary methinks.

Very worrying, why anybody would do this is beyond me. I am also in Scotland a feel concerned.

Just seen on the STV news I known the horses and they're owner for years. It's a field right on the A96 with about 5 or 6 mares with foals at foot.

By the looks of the mare they've cut off her mane and the top of her tail

. The Police say the 2 are NOT being connected.

I guess we'll all be on edge until the PM results came back on the Birnie horse.

This is very worrying!! Do you think that the shooting in Musselburgh, the attacks in Stirlingshire and now these episodes in the Highlands are connected in some way?? It is very nerve racking stuff and my horse is currently turned out out of sight of the farm. I think I will bring him in...
