Eliott Morley Jailed

16 Months, will probably be out in 6!

As he was steering the Hunting Act 2004, should it not be immediately recinded by the Clerks who sit at The Table (who are all Barristers) of The House of Commons on the gounds that a Member of Parliament who proposed or seconded the bill, was not a fit and proper person to hold Parlimentary Office.

I have used the word recinded not repealed, in otherwords, as if had never happened.

Was Morley the proposer or the seconder?

From now on, he should, in this forum, be referred only to by his surname and prison number - he is now a common criminal. Yes, l know he was long before today but now it official.

So what did you say his prisoner number was? lol

Presumably, whilst he's in prison, he'll have access to contrivances such as computers.

I'm of half a mind, to write to him, whilst he's banged up, and suggest that he may like to join us in this debate!

If you see a new poster on here, with the user name "Jailbird", worry not, it will be a troll. It'll be him!! :D

Alec.
