Elle Hoof Fly Rug?

I bought a cheap Ellehoof fly rug after seeing the link on here a couple of months ago.
I got it out to use yesterday & it has velcro in strange places on the neck section & a D-ring on the other side. I can't for the life of me see how to do it up!
Did anyone else buy one & how does the neck do up?
Will ring Ellehoof, but don't want to look like a numpty & besides their cuctomer service isn't the best. Think it may have to go back.

i had one but i sold it a few weeks ago. didnt get to go on my mare so i cant help you out but i think there a good company!

I've got one (but it didn't fit my pony

) I just put the velcro strap through the D ring and fastened it back on itself. It was more or less under his chin if I remember rightly. Mine has only got the one D ring though. I think the loops on the head end are for fastening to a headcollar mayb - they confused me a bit (not too difficult!)
