I just made a post in PG about trying to decide which pictures to buy from our last couple of outings...and just as I posted, the photographer from Sunday published the ODE photos! Seeing as a few people demanded pics on my post here the other day, I thought I'd put these links in NL...

No pictures of the stressage - just as well, methinks!:D Here are the SJ ones...and I think they confirm the fact that whilst the rider may be content to stick at 2'6, it is just too small for the horse :o:rolleyes::D

There are quite a few, so scan through! :)

And the XC - I absolutely LOVED this fence, she put in such an amazing jump over it! I'm considering - when I have a bit more money - buying a really big version of this and framing it - what are your thoughts?

Again, thoughts on which to buy would be welcome! I can never make up my mind - wish I could get them all :( :D

Just realised that my links arent working :(

For anyone who may be interested, select camera A5 (Class 3 and 4). Ellie and I are about 11 rows down. Then select B2, page 4, and we're on the first row. Sorry about that! :)

Argh, not sure why its not working!

Go to:

Go to 'Equestrian events'
Go to Abbottswood Farm ODE
View images
Categories drop down: Camera A5 (Class 3 & 4)
Page 4 - about half way down (starts at image 10_A05_1D3M1330)

Then for XC ones:
Categories drop down: Camera B2 (Class 3 & 4)
Page 4 - we're at the top of the page :)

Hope that works! Monkeybum - her tail is fast becoming her trademark :D:D

well done (:
how did you find the 2ft6 xc? im looking to do it but amnot sure if there are lots of big spreads etc?

Thank you!

I have been psyching myself up to do this XC course for a while now - we've schooled round a lot, but mainly over the 2' course, not the 2'6! I would say my worries were unfounded in the end - I was terrified about the hedges for one thing, and the fence over which the photograph was taken on the XC was pretty massive as well! But it jumped beautifully. Just make sure you're ok with hedges and drops - many of the fences on the course have drops that catch you out! :)
