I need to contact them but there is no email address on the website

I am sat in a saddlery shop at the mo working! Just looked in their catalogue and it says email: sales@weatherbeeta.com

It must be a dodgy one cos i have three of those and they last for years! Mine havent ripped anywhere. Im sure they will exchange it. Cant you take it back to the shop you bought it at?

*whispers* thats because HorseRugs4U are f*ing useless, avoid them like the plague. Im surprised you even recieved your rug from them in first place

I expect they will tell you it has to come back through the supplier. Having worked in a tack shop for a number of years, companies do not like to deal with custumers directly.

Ditto Tempi! It's probably because they got the rugs so cheap

probably a duff batch!
