email help!

Not horsey so really sorry but desperate!

Does anyone have a hotmail email address (.co.uk, not .com)?

I am trying to access mine but it is not letting me, then when i try to reset password, as i'm worried someone has hijacked it, it tells me there's a problem with the page!

Is anyone else having the same problem??

Hey,

it has been taken over recently so there has been a lot of changes and equally some problems. Both my mum and sister had to speak to hotmail to reset their accounts for them! Email the team directly, I have used them before and found them quite helpful x

Thank you Gracie, but without my email i cannot e-mail them!!

Do you have their email address so i can see if i can use a friends email... i'm so paranoid about this - i really hope i've not been hacked

Microsoft had a crash today and many people cannot access the internet thro msn. I couldn't get to hotmail until afew mins ago, so maybe the problem is sorted now, in some areas anyway.
