Emailling BD

Have emailed various people at BD numerous times and apart from the para people, no one every replies. This is really frustrating. And I hate phoning them as am always put on hold forever or the person I want is on holiday/sick leave.

sarah murphy is the grading officer as well as para officer so you can ask her anything you want to know!!!
