Embarrassing poop incident!

I cant beleive you didn't go and pick it up! Would you like dog sh!t on your front doorstep?
It is kinda rude and to be rude about it too..well!
Agree that if I was in a large que of traffic i'd pull over but this may not have been possible.

Horses can poo and walk or better still trot at the same time!!
Sorry, but you sound like the sort of 'horse back rider' that gives us a bad name.
I couldn't be doing with a long que of traffic stuck behind me, i'd trot on and get out their way, thanking them for waiting when they do go past!

I always stop and let Bert go to the loo!! I know a lot of poeple don't but that is their choice. Also I wouldn't trot Bert if there was a queue of traffic as he is not great in traffic and gets worse if going at anything other than work whilst being passed. I would however stand on a verge to let cars pass where possible.

hmmm... not quite sure what it says about all of you who were taking the mick out of the relationship I have with my pony. Surely it should be about a partnership not a 'do as I say' dictatorship.

And GTs, since when did giving a horse a hiding solve anything?

With regard to poop scooping horses droppings off the road.

We have a racing stables in our village, I would like to see someone complain about their droppings, I can't see the lads and lasses coming back to shovel it up! But then people probably wouldn't mind if it was the poo of a Grand National winner!

It is you! Took me sooooo long to figure out your username lol. I let Chex stop to do the toilet, don't really see the big deal. But them I ride for FUN, and we have a bond based on trust and respect, in that I also respect and trust him. He wants to stop to do the toilet, thats fine by me (however its a whole other issue if it was in a dangerous, or blocking cars etc). I would definitely get out the way if I was hoding up cars though.
