Embryo Transfer

Hi, I was just looking for some guidance on embryo transfer. Has anyone had any experience doing this and also what sort of prices are people paying for it??
I would be looking at breeding a goal from my lovely competition horse and transfer her embryo into my retired mare for her to be surrogate.

The Arab stud I worked on did it and it was very successful for us. Although money was not an object.

The Twemlows published pricing is a good starting point.
Success rate is variable but in general I’d say send to experienced stud rather than try to do from home.
Also - it’s completely possible to provide your own recipient but you will lower your % success rate if you only want your mare to carry. You will stand a higher chance if syncing more recipients and transferring to the most ready to receive
