I didn't buy from them, but when I was shopping, I went to see a couple of horses that they had. Had a good long chat with the lady on the phone after seeing a couple of adverts. The particular ones I went to see were much smaller than I'd been led to believe - and a lot greener... Tiny gung-ho rider I think!
On the other hand, lovely set-up, the horses all looked happy and shiny and she was very helpful. She said meeting in person gave her a better idea of the type of horse I was after, and true to her word, she kept in regular contact, and kept me updated with details of when she was picking up more horses, and what they were like. She came up with a couple of crackers, but by the time they'd been shipped over, I'd found my new lad somewhere else.
