Emporio Equipe Dressage Saddle

Hi, any reviews good or bad on the above saddle?
Ive read that it has foam panels which is putting me off a bit as Im not sure it can be altered in any way.
My saddler has suggested this as an alternative to my Jaguar which is rubbing me
