EMS and now CUSHINGS - advice please

My 12hh Welsh B was diagnosed with EMS 1 year ago.
Mild laminitis for 1 week, soles bruised.
Blood test yesterday showed raised ACTH, and she now has Cushings.
How much success have people had with Prascend which she is starting tomorrow.
Which boots do you think would be best for pony clubbing and general all round including jumping as I dont think she is going to manage completely barefoot now.

Prascend was a life changing drug for my lady when she was in her early 20s. Without it I know she wouldn't be here with us today. Sadly we got caught out last October with laminitis as her medication wasn't high enough. So make sure you get re tested during the seasonal rises. Lady is doing okay now though, despite a blinking abscess!
