EMS positive, tell me all you know please

Pony (not mine) just been tested pos with EMS, not cushings tho.
Bloods were taken & tested in error, but now this has shown up.
Teenager, going to be a field companion.
What are your experiences please

would suggest that a field companion may not been the best move as the sugard in the grass are high a lot of the time so will need resticted grazing
