Encysted red worm larvae blood test

Has anyone had the blood test for this and, if you have, could you please give me an idea of the cost.

Rossdales' lab fees were about £35 when I had it done last month. Blood draw etc on top.

Don't know about cost, but I was discussing this with my vet practice a couple of weeks ago. It seems the blood test is only offered to horses that have had several clear worm counts, which sounds a bit odd but I suppose if you aren't seeing any eggs at all, how do you know for sure the horse is clear?
