can anyone recommend any?

also does anyone know the correct width for the bridle, my cob is 15.2 and a chunky mediumweight?

ive seen a brand called elico, not heard of them but all ads on various horsetack websites say english leather? seem reasonable but not sure whether to spend a bit more for better quality as i was hoping to get a cheaper everyday bridle too?

I got one from the native pony saddle company, another one I had made by a saddler which is actually a very reasonable way to get a quality bridle

I had mine made to measure by this guy http://mrhsaddler.com/

It is absolutely fabulous, fits like a dream (I had to measure myself, if I can do it anyone can!) all the buckles line up at her eye. Leather is fabulous quality, I'm never buying another off the peg bridle. It worked out very, very reasonable.

Sabre all the way, I have 3 sabre bridles 2 show bridles and a day to day bridle. The leather always looks good, easy to look after, strong and lasts for years.
I cannot praise them enough.
My old hunters show bridle had 1" thick cheek pieces and a 2" noseband and was worth its weight in gold :O)
