Hi, I'm looking for any info or pics of my mares (one more time) siblings. She's out of Enniskeane prince, born April 1995. Would be interesting in hearing on the tales and stories of them or any info on the prince himself! :)

No - she's BY Enniskeane Prince and out of a mare called ???? - and born on April 1. There are plenty around by Enniskeane Price, who was a fab stallion - 190 progeny registered with IDHS(GB) and probably others.

This is my mare by him - Bazaar's Brook - out of a TB mare called Ward Brook.

She is a half sister to the CHAPS (former) stallion Bazaar's Texas and to a former Advanced eventer called The Bees' Knees. I originally bought her as a hunt horse (she'd been huntsman's horse at the High Peak). but she was a bit lively for our huntsman!:D

She's had 6 foals by my RID stallion, including two fillies graded AID, and for a total change this year, she's in foal to the lovely H Tobago!

Although Enniskeane Prince was graded RID - he wasn't pure Irish Draught. Had some serious TB bloodlines on his sire's side (Pride of Shaunlara's dam was by Prefairy!
 
Thanks! The mare was called black dynamite, she was bred for raccong but ive struggled to find info about her. I can see from your picture they all seem to have inherited his very powerful bum and hind.
Poppy (stable name) is very lively but she can produce some great work, very excitable when jumping and fast!

She seems to have unfortunately been passed around a bit before coming to me it seems many previous owners bit off more than they could chew, she can be very mareish. At 18 I wouldnt breed from her although I'd love too. Their intelligence as a breed knows no bounds. Once I get to a desktop I'll also upload a pic, she's very similar in build to your mare.

My friend used him on an ID mare. The mare was barely 16h but the foal was a whopper topping out at 18h.

The foal was registered as Mr Majestic and was born in 2001. He was sold on and I have no idea if he is still about.

He was a bit of a lad as a young horse but settled eventually, the lasting memory of him was as a yearling.

The lorry taking him to the Counties tipped over onto its side. The rescue services attended and the horse walked out unscathed, he then immediately loaded into a trailer, having never been in one before. He travelled onto the show, won his class and then walked up the ramp onto my box and travelled home without a bother on him.

Of course, Enniskeane Prince had good TB bloodlines and when he was used on a TB mare (in both our cases) his TB merged up with the mare and the ID influence was less. When I went to see Brook, I'd been told she was TB. When I saw her, I saw no reason to argue (she was hunting fit!) It was only when I actually bought her - and got her passport - that I got the delightful news that she was in fact IDSH! She's incredibly intelligent - you can ASK her to do anything - but try telling her and you're DEAD!:D

Her foals (by my RID stallion) actually look more like a first cross than 3/4 ID - this is one of her babies:

He's 4 - and heading fast for 17hh. I'm rather hoping that the H Tobago one will be a bit smaller! :D Brook is 20 now, but she still looks terrific and is still 'Boss' in a field of 6 in-foal mares!
