Has anyone had a problems getting refunds from the company? They’ve taken an order and it’s not in stock so I asked for a refund and now radio silence.

Yer I saw this. I think they’re “rebranding” 😬. They emailed me today out of stock but I missed the 2 emails they sent as they went to my junk. So I followed it up and now radio silence!
I would consider a chargeback on your card if you can do so. I am needing to wait 15 days to do one on my card (different company, but the phone number is now disconnected and email is bouncing, and item not dispatched, so I have rather bad feeling). My bank tell me I WILL get the refund though.

Thats an idea I absolutely hate ringing my bank so but I certainly will if I don’t get the refund today. Although they have said they’ve processed it but I have no confidence. Happy to eat my hat and apologise though if I’m wrong.
