Equest plus tape vs equest pramox?

I have been looking at pramox for ages and wondered if there is anything similar which is cheaper. I have looked and both contain moxidectin and prazinquantel but do you know if the plus tape doesnt kill some worms that pramox does. Its just that there is a £6-£7 difference in price and i have to buy 4!

It just seems too good to be true!
 
I have just been advised that the Pramox is the only one to kill everything in one go..... I assume that is why it isnt recommended for use on neglected or ill horses. It would be too much of a shock to their system to kill everything in one go I suppose.

Its still only about £24 difference, and you know you are getting the lot then.

Plus it lasts for 13 weeks so you will maybe save in the long run as the other wormers dont last for that long.
 
Agree. Don't know about plus tape but pramox blitzes everything. If you are poo picking daily or every other day you could get away with just worming with pramox spring and autumn.
 
As far as I know equest plus tape is essentially paramox but not available or licenced for sale in the UK. In Australia(not sure where else) it is sold as equest plus tape and in the UK is called Paramox. Where did you see it?
 
I found it on ebay and on animalpharmacy.com...i think it was. It works out more cost effective for me to have it posted from australia than it does to buy pramox here.
