equest wormer

Just about to order my wormers - upto what weight does one treat?? Stupid websites don't seem to give weights on alot of them - no good to me with a horse who weighs 650 kgs

Most of them do upto around 750kg. Coz I use one to treat my 500kg horse and little pony.

try www.wormers-direct.co.uk for info and the product information gives details of how much weight they cover, a lot of them go up to 600 kg ...

Wormers direct dont say how much they go up to either. You'd think, seeing as it such an important aspect of worming that they would make the information readily available.

they do for some (equimax or eraquell) - I think they just copied the product description from somewhere. This one seems to give details of weights for Equest.

yea, it is a bit weird they dont cater for larger horses; maybe you can get some off somebody who uses less of their tube?

Save what you don't use of the second tube & use it next time. Either the leaflet or the box (I can't remember which) says it will keep for 6 months after opening

equest doesn't - it only does 575kg. equimax and equitape are the onyl ones to go to 700kg.
