I've been following the equest/pramox worming programme for a couple of years now (4 ponies who live together with no others coming/leaving). I usually worm in Jan, April, july and October. I'm due to worm them this month but I've lost my schedule and cant remember if I should be using ordinary Equest or the Pramox - can someone advise me?

Just Equest this month. I am going to buy mine tomorrow but was going to double check with the shop. My vets schedule just had equest or 5days pancur listed for Jan.

With such a stable herd as yours I'd go for worm counts twice a year then worm with Equest Pramox twice a year. Unless the worm counts suggest you need to worm more than that. Then you are strategically worming for encysted worms, bots, tapeworm and the like but are not using more chemicals than you need to.

Abbey Diagnostics or Westgate Laboratories would be able to help you I'd have thought. (We use Westgate for our worm counts).

this is what I do. Worm counts with WEstgate and Spring and Autumn Pramox and regular poo picking as I dont have horses in and out.
