I ordered a fly mask for Big Red on the 4th August. I like(d) EC, I have found them to be really great on delivery times, and good value for money.
My fly mask still hasn't arrived. I emailed them and received no response. I called them and was told it had just been packaged and would be sent out that day. That was a week or so ago, and still no fly mask.
A couple of days after my phone call I received what seemed to a bog standard email saying my product was going to be sent out by express delivery and my postage costs refunded. It explained that there had been a switching over from one computer system to another and orders had been delayed as a result.
I am just about to ring them again and tell them to refund my money and cancel my order. Oh, I haven't had the refund of the postage costs as promised yet either.
Has anyone else had problems with EC, or is it just me?
