Equestrian clearance - how long? (+why advertise what you don't have?)

I ordered a rug from equestrian clearance last night and was just wondering around how long it should take to come, in people's experiences.

Plus, after the why advertise what you don't have rant of posts a few weeks ago (very justified!) I thought I would add my 2 cents worth. Ordered a bit from frogpool manor last night and got a phonecall this morning that they don't have it in stock and I won't get it for another 2 weeks. What adds insult to injury is that it is a frogpool manor bit, so why it will take so long to order in their own bit is beyond me! I would have told them to stick it but I have spent months trying to find a loose ring french linked snaffle in a 6 1/2" that doesn't cost the price of a small house so I will just have to wait

I ordered a fly rug from Equestrian clearance last week and it came the next day!

Sometimes the delivery is great and other times not so

I wa a bit annoyed when I orders a fluffly Stephens Sheepskin Half pad and what I got was a Fluffy Mark Todd Half Pad,,, I couldnt be bothered with the hassle of sending back so jsut kept it... its nice just not as nice as the stephens one

Wouldn't be surprised if you got the rug tomorrow - they've always been very quick in my experience

ECW have always been 2-3 days for me, unless they call to say otherwise

With the frogpool bit I ordered one from them as they were the only place showing stock. Then they emailed to say it was out of stock but I said OK I'll wait as I knew I had no alternative.
To give them their due it did arrive three months later, they had to ring before they shipped it , to re-get my details though! But they followed up so I can't complain and I have my bit.
Problem is pony is now off games so no change to try it out

ive found ECW quite quick to send things out to you but terrible if you return something! Takes them weeks to give you a refund, also their postage is high

This gives me hope...I'm still waiting for a bit from Frogpool and it's 4 months later!

I ordered a rug from EC on Friday and I had an email today to say it has been despatched and delivery is 1-3 days so we shall see.
