Equestrian Clearance Warehouse ?

Yes ive bought a few things from there, bought a GPA hat a few months back, sent it back as it was too small, and reordered a larger size, service was fab!
 
I've bought quite a few things from them over the years and found them great. I have had to return a couple of items that were too big and they were brilliant, always answered their e-mails too.
 
They're fab, I have ordered lots of stuff form them, human and horse and it has always arrived in 48hrs, in great condition... would highly recommend them!
 
I've used them a few times. My orders have always arrived promptly and their return policy is very good (you have a year as long as the item is in unused condition).
 
I've used them quite a few times, very good service, all parcels have been delivered well within 3 days, usually next day if smaller. Only prob is to buy when you see online as things sell out quickly.
 
I've had mostly great things to say about them, except the last time when it took about a month for my things to arrive and when they eventually did they were just awful quality, I would have sent them back if they hadn't taken so long to arrive! So I would say if you're in the UK and buying the named brand stuff it's great. But I would never buy again the unbranded merchandise.

My daughter saw a jacket yesterday and was going to buy it, I said lets see if we can get it cheaper online. They stock it at Equestrian Warehouse and its just over £10 cheaper but I'd never heard of them and didn't want to order without some feedback.

So I will be placing my first order and hopefully will get as good service as all of you.
