Just have to let you chaps know the excellent delivery service I have just had from ECW. Ordered two rugs late on Tuesday afternoon, they arrived yesterday no messing, can't really ask for anymore can I. Sorry about post but just wanted to share..... Oh and I order two Quiltmasta Combo Lite Stable rugs in the new colour (Red/Blue check), they are lovely...... One happy person and two happy ponios.....

I ordered from them last Friday and my delivery isn't here yet! I've never waited this long for a delivery from them in the past.
 
I have had lots of things from them over the last couple of years. This is the only time I've waited more than a couple of days for delivery.

The website says 10 days delivery so I don't want to chase them up until middle of next week really.
 
Usually only a couple of days when I've ordered stuff, and the once something was out of stock they rang me and said did I want to change the item or wait.

They have generally been great - really friendly and always answer the phone too!

Nothing interesting GM.

Westropp Dynamic Knee/brushing boots, long whip, short whip, pair of new wellies for my daughter and some sure grip reins.

See...no rugs....so not exciting!

I ordered a saddle of of them before and they delivered in half the time they stated. Was really pleased as i didn't have one at all at the time.
 
I've always got my stuff really quickly and they have been great to phone if it's going to be longer than the 10 days they say. I've had loads from them, my only complaint is my inability to stay off their site!
 
I ordered a sheepskin numnah and a matching girth sleeve, just after Christmas and it was here within a couple of days. I was really pleased with the service.
 
I ordered a saddle from them once, I waited & waited & waited, was fed up with excuse after excuse & eventually I got my money refunded. Sometimes they sell things that they haven't even got in stock. Not very impressed with them

I ordered from them just before Christmas and it arrived very promptly. They were akso very good when I hadto send the item back for a replacement.
 
Ive never had a problem either. They answer emails quickly, are very helpful and deliver quickly. Once they didnt have some items in stock but they sent the ones they did straight away and the rest followed soon after.
 
Ive always found them to be great! the only time they didnt have what i wanted they called me to see if i wanted something different or if i was happy to wait. Also they do super cheep boots etc that always seem to last me ages. My last pair of jod boots cost £14 and still look brand new a year later!
 
Always found them very good, apart from a couple of years ago when they made and ex ex large bridle for me and sent it to the wrong person, but soon got it back. Ordered a rug last week and got it in a couple of days, the only times they are slow is if something out of stock. Have to say they are probably one of my favourites.
