Anybody had much dealings with this company. I ordered some sport brushing boots for my daughters ponio, well they arrived in really good time, took about 2 days anyway went to use them this weekend and thought we were going mad but it seems we have been send not a pair but 2 boots for the same leg, if that makes sense. I have emailed the company which on there info said to do, obviously its a bankholiday so wont expect any reply till tomorrow atleast, just hope they can send out another pair as quickly as need them for next weekend for her first HT.
 
I have used them before and found them to be very good and very fast on the delivery but haven't had any problems with them so not sure what they are like at dealing with them.
 
I had a delivery that was an item short, I emailed them and they phoned me the same day and it was sorted out straight away with no quible.
 
I orded some turnout chaps from them and they took ages, but we had a weekend and a bank holiday so that would have effected it but I would use them again!
 
I have used them on numerous occasions, and all good until a few times ago when I got a head/neck cover that was not like the one pictured on the site, and a pair of long riding boots that should have been wide but were in fact Regular with a W written over the R!

I would say that they have been 80% successful so far with anything I have ordered.
 
I've dealt with this company both face to face (at a show) and mail order. They were such nice people that I suggested they started having a trade stand at East Anglian point-to-point venues - would love it if they really considered doing so! No, I'm sure they'll correct your problem without hesitation!
 
They sent the wrong saddle cloth in one of my orders. I rang them, returned it and they sent the correct one by return. I'd ring in the morning, explain you must have the correct item by Friday and I expect they will be helpful.
 
I've always founf the great - placed an order recently and it hadn't come a week later, so we phoned them and they said they've had some problems with stock levels showing up wrongly on the website recently (they've just got a new website) - the jods my friend had ordered were actually out of stock. That was on the friday and they dispatched what out of our order they had in stock straight away, was with us by 10am Monday. A few days later a pair of jods arrived - they weren't the ones my friend had ordered - they'd sent her a more expensive pair instead to make up for the late delivery - great service
