I've used them twice.
First time I used them they sent me a different bucket from what I ordered (purple feed bucket instead of purple tubtrug bucket).
I contacted them and they sent me the tubtrug and I got to keep the other bucket free of charge! (I guess for the price of the bucket it wasn't worth for them to have it returned!)
Quick delivery and happy with the customer service

Have used them many times and had no problem. Ordered from them a few weeks ago for horse's xmas pressies but havent received the parcel yet. Had an email to say dispatched a week or two ago though so i'm guessing its stuck in the backlog the delivery depots have.
