Was insured with ED, horse has problem few days before renewal so forced to renew with them as investigation already started.
Find some of T&C's have changed. Much more restrictive, only £1500 for investigation and if nothing definite found they won't pay.
So Equestrian Direct became Equine Insurance Solutions end of last year.
Renewal Info comes from Alpha Insurance with name of Equine Insurance Sloutions.
Claim Form comes from Equine 1st Services, insurance company, Templetons.
Anyone else totally confused.
I am totally unimpressed, I have no idea who I am dealing with and the original policy I took out has changed upon renewal. In an ideal world I wouldn't have renewed with them except for the fact the horse had just started investigation for a lameness.
Anyone work in insurance who can explain this? Or anyone made a claim with them recently?
