Has anyone tried to make a claim with them since they were bought / sold / whatever? I had the letter last week to tell me as an existing customer (ie before the sale / takeover), the underwriters, Templeton, would handle my claims and that if I need to claim, to call ED and they will pass the details on.
Just wondered if anyone had actually had to do that yet? How quickly did ED pass the details on or how quickly did Templeton contact you? How are you finding dealing with Templeton?
I need to make a claim but I'm a complete worrier so would quite like to know what I'm going to be dealing with!
