Yes - I have had horses insured with them for over 10 years, and they are fantastic. Much better than Petplan IMO and always quick to pay out. They payed out on my lads injury (almost 10k in total!) with no fuss, and even went over what they said the max for each injury was. They even re-insured him, including the leg that he hurt, no fuss what so ever.

I switched one of the horses from Petplan to them - I haven't had to claim but the contact I have had with them I was really impressed by

have both mine insured with them and have used them for 7 yeasr and made lots of claims never had any problems with paying out and always very fair and never had any thing but praise until this year! one of the horses kicked beginning of may phoned them nxt day filled out all relevent forms as did vets all sent back within a wk yet didn't get any payment till beg of July and didn't get second payment till mid aug! and this was after count less phone calls from me and the vets yet at the sametime sent a form off a wk later for the other horse for a resp problem and it only took them two wks to tell me she was no longer covered for that and they wouldn't be paying!!! vets have also said they had been bad with paying and said if insured with ED or E and L (!) then keep on top of them as been very slow paying!!!
have to say very much considering changeing when up for renewal migh go to am trust which used to be the underwriters of ED till a couple of years ago!

I've been with them for years and have always found them excellent. When my veteran ned had to be pts due to a chronic illness rather than a catastrophe, they even spoke with my vet and agreed a goodwill payment of 65% of his insured value. They didn't have to do that at all. I've never, ever had any payment problems with them in fact I find them very fast.
