equestrian embroidery - text on jacket is wrong

just wondering if anyone's bought anything personalised from them and discovered that the text has been spelled wrong?

I bought a personalised jacket six weeks ago, which arrived today, and I've noticed that the text on the jacket isn't what I've written on my order - doh! :rolleyes:

I'm hoping that it can be rectified :confused:

Anyone had any similar experiences?
 
well hopefully they reply to my email - I've suggested that they put an apostrophe in to correct the text so they technically don't have to redo it.

Bit annoying after waiting so long :(
 
i'm still waiting on another company getting back to me about my numnah that i ordered on april 17th.
their site had a disclaimer stating personalised items could take up to 28 days but its now been almost 6 weeks and i've had no response to the message i left on their answer machine.

Saying that, there are some brilliant companies out there. I highly recommend tyler's horse and country - i had emails with previews a few hours after i completed my order online and my saddle cloths were with me about 3 days after ordering.
Starting to think I should have stuck with them.
Hindsight and all that.. :rolleyes:
 
There is no reason for any items to take that long!

I agree you maybe should've stuck with the fast delivery.

I'm also surprised at this "digitalisation" cost they charge too.

Well hope it turns up soon. You need a large poking stick for that company I think.
 
well thumbs up to equestrian embroidery for getting back to me very quickly regarding their mistake. the jacket is going back tomorrow morning to be exchanged :D
