Hi,

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated! Does anyone know of any good equestrian estate agents? Ideally for houses with stables etc? Ive looked online and can't see a great deal!

Thanks😊

Sorry I only know some down south and to be honest they weren't particularly useful - no stock! We bought through a normal estate agent in the end.

I set up alerts on Zoopla in the area I wanted using the key word acre and another using acres which helped to weed out any properties that didn't have at least some land (although you still get the 0.5 acre gardens etc) - that might help.

Rural Scene and Rural and Equestrian cover Cheshire I think :) also try UK Land and Farms :)

We found rural scene to be over priced sometimes and a pain to deal with but the UK land and farms website was great, we had spent over three years looking and once we found UK land and farms it took us three weeks to find the right property :)

Barbers Rural might stretch to Cheshire too, I have just gone through this process and used rightmove and weeded out those without acreage, equestrian estate agents are a little pigeon holed.

We are looking in the same area as you and have found the so-called specialist web sites to be rubbish. I have just gone through rightmove and read every description on every property to see if land is available, either as part of the purchase price or through seperate neogotiation. It's a pain - I wish Rightmove would set up a search facility for houses with land!
