Id say that anyone thinking of entering should possibly contact the ILPH first and ask them if they know anything about it?

So they make 1.5 million then donate 250,000 to the ILPH with a net gain of 1.25million to them for a £650,000 house, so nearly double the value of the house, not bad!

Good luck to them it's a great idea and if it wasn't for the location and the amount of extra profit they stand to make over the value of the house I'd enter!
