equestrian property to rent - where best to advertise?

Hi All

Hope you're all well, and not too pee'd off at the lack of burghley coverage on tv (grumble)

Just a quick question, a friend of mine is looking to rent out her house and yard, and isn't sure of where to advertise it. It's going into horse and hound next week, but she/i can't think of anywhere else really.

All the equestrian estate agents only deal with sales, not rental.

If it makes any difference, it's in South Lincs/North Cambs, and is a good little livery yard (10 stables plus good facilities) and big house on site.

I thought she should perhaps print some ads off and post in local tack shops, but i guess for something like that she also needs to advertise more nationally, as i presume people would relocate to have a yard?

any ideas? much appreciated!

Although im sure there are more places to advertise, is there a local agent who specialises in country properties?

yup, there are loads, rural & equestrian, east anglia equestrian, etc etc. but none seem to deal with rentals.

does anyone know if you can put a house on rightmove yourself or do estate agents have to do it? x
