Equi-Theme Rugs

A client bought her horse to the clinic who was wearing the exact type of rug i've been searching for! It's an Equi-Theme fleece rug. However I have googled it and can only find the summer weight one.

Do any of you have the fleece rug? Is the summer different from perhaps a winter one, or is there only the summer one? I'm after the one that's fleece ontop and the wool looking fleece underneath (hard to explain but if you have it you'll know!). Does anyone know where i can source one from? This lady got hers from the local tack shop but they say they have no idea what i'm talking about (it was a year ago). Looking for 5ft 6 in navy or blue

thank you but we've had clients in with mark todd rugs too (I do all my horsey shopping whilst working as a nurse!) but I much prefer the equitheme one. Where did you get yours from?

From EBay I think but cannot remember. Bought for horse to travel in but she is a warm traveller so never used it which is a shame and it doesn't fit any of my others.

Are you after the fleecy one with the turn over at the neck (bit like the mark Todd ones), a standard fleece or the soft shell version??? They do hundreds of types of rugs and I have some from when I used to sell them, they are a french company and the quality is quite good and they have some funky ideas with regard to attachements - ie fully removable surcingles on some where you do them up on both sides! Their human stuff is brill too - still got some of the jackets and coats as they don't seem to wear out!!

Will dig out the cupboard over the next few days, otherwise still have an account with them but would need to reach a reasonable order level.......

I think I know the one you mean, I saw someone with one at a show and I asked where it was from, it was lovely, she'd won it, googled it but could never find one the same, so don't know if they do special edition prize ones or something

Yes I have 2 of these, one in Burgundy and one in Blue!- they are lovely rugs and my horses have them as show rugs in the cold weather. They are a very thick fleece material, with clips on the front straps and a belly strap, with a full woolen fleecey lining.

I purchased mine from Track Right (a few years ago though) as Britestar has mentioned above- may be they could order in for you?

I have a Comfort Zone one in navy you can have for £50 inc postage - love the rug and it's hardly been used - sold the horse 2 years ago!

It's a medium - she took 5'9 rugs - if that's any good??

Yes I know what you mean, it is the Blizzard rug. Came in light blue with cream fleece and binding and concealed surcingle, or in a muted khaki. Gorgeous rug - sold my last horse's one in September - and can't find one now for love nor money, not even on the European websites. Big boo!
