I've got a 16.2 IDx. He's chunky and wide but not particularly long. He struggled to stand up on my Ifor 505 so I bought a 510 and he was fine on that until he had a year off through injury and he's now struggling to stand up on that as well. Although the extra space did seem help to begin with, it now seems to be the travelling forwards that's the problem as he's fine on my friend's Equi Trek.
I'm now thinking of changing the 510 for an Equi Trek Space Trekka. My friend has the big 4*and he has plenty of room on that but there seems to be far more Space Trekka 'Ms' available second hand so I'm wondering if he could fit comfortably in the 'M' size or whether I really need the 'L'?
Has anybody got any experience of them who could give me an idea of the size of the horse area please?
