Equi-Trek trailers and tall horses...

Does anyone here have an Equi-Trek and a horse over 17h?

My youngster is 17.1 and no longer fits in my Brenderup Baron which is advertised as 7'6" inside, but the reality is it's only 7' at the front... where his head goes.

We have very few Equi-Treks here in the USA and they are about twice the price of the ones in the UK. Before I spend over $20k on one, has anyone felt their taller horse was comfy in one?

you will find they are very roomy.

One of my horses is just shy of 16.3hh and he fits easily. My friends horse is 17.1hh and he too goes in fine

My 17.2 fits with room to spare!

Yep - loads of room. We've got a 17.3hh warmblood here, who fits in the Equitrek with plenty of room to spare, even with two horses on board

I have a Sonic which I think is the same height as the trailers. My 18hh warmblood fits very comfortably into it, and travels very well, if that is any help to you.
