Equi-trek trailers or the like

Does anyone out there use an equi-trek trailer or similiar, what are they like to tow? How much room do you have? I am thinking about selling my 7.5tn lorry and buying a trailer with living to save Tax etc. Do they have good size tack lockers? The main thing putting me off a trailer is the fact that I have alot of stuff as eventing and I can't bear loading and unloading all this stuff each time I want to compete. Would like to hear from anyone with experince in using one, ta <font color="purple"> </font>

i got the Show trekka middle of last year - love it. It tows like a dream. We bought the large show trekka which takes upto 2 17.3hh so the horses have lots of room. They seem happier to travel in this rather than our old trailer (ifor 510) We paid for extra rug storeage racks (2 of) in the horse area. We didnt go for the extra tack locker but the one that it has is sizeable - enough room for 2 saddles, bridles and something underneath the bottom saddle. The living area has storeage room under the seat as well as under the hob etc.
Would certainly buy another one - to upgrade to if the situation ever arose.

I have a night treka and go eventing in it. This model isn't made any more but it sleeps two of us, I think the 3*/4* is the equivalent. I keep a lot of my eventing gear in it and as I only compete one horse I use the other horse area to store stuff. It tow's brilliantly and is really easy and quick to hitch up. I have added loads of extra's to it especially in the living to make it really comfortable to stay in. My only problem is if you have problems with the trailers they have to go to equitrek who are in Yorkshire and me being in Sussex is a major hassle, all my local trailer companies won't touch them and equitrek specify they have to go to them in Yorkshire. Apart from that I would be lost without it.

have a basic space trekka so guess am not going to be that much use aside from saying its fantastic!!have even slept in the tack room bit . tows brilliantly , horse loves it and i can hitch etc practically single handedly in a hurry!
