I have one and use it on my pony. I bought it first to help him understand working long & low but it has also helped him with transitions, working on the bit and his way of going has really improved overall.

I try and use it twice a week as suggested but recently have only been using it once or twice every couple of weeks.

It is very similar to the Pessoa working the same muscles but has a special loop unlike the Pessoa which prevents horses from socking themselves in the mouth by their own hock action.

I would definitely suggest investing in one

brilliant, i hate how overpriced the lunging aids are but i bought one and minus the price tag it is a brilliant lunging aid- much better than the pessoa in my opinion. Only fault i had with it is the poor buckle adjusting mechanism- easy to adjust, difficult to stay adjusted! kept slipping!
