Equilab users - rides not saving?

I've noticed equilab isn't storing my rides.
I have them up until the end of August, then none.
Last time I rode I checked it part way round and noticed it did seem to think we had done 4km in 17 minutes (so not right for madam!)
But otherwise it loads, I click finish ride, it shows the summary, I click save and it all seems ok, no error messages etc, but looking back my last few rides that I've tracked haven't stored.
I can't seem to find a help function, so any ideas?

Have you plenty of memoScreenshot_20200810-160657.pngry on your phone? I'm sorry I'm no help with this but I have another strange problem with equilab. At first it showed elevation correctly but now it does this on every ride!

Mine seems store ok, (but my horse energy always reads 0 MJ, cannot comment on elevation, as I don't ever look at that bit). I did think I'd lost everything once, I think after a phone update, but think logging out and back in again restored it. Hope you get it back, I'd hate that to happen, it's the only record I keep.

@chaps89 : We are storing all rides and as long as there is some internet connection from time to time we sync them there as well. Checkout this article with some of the most common cases on what happened when you can't find trainings: https://support.equilab.horse/hc/en...y-account-trainings-or-horse-has-disappeared- If this doesn't solve the issue please get back to us at feedback@equilabapp.com and we will look into your specific case more in detail!
@Gloi : Yeah, this was a bug in some versions that affected some users. It should be solved in the latest version but if you get this again please let us know! Really sorry it affected you :(
@rextherobber: We store it in the cloud and have backups so that you never loose access to these records. Regarding the 0MJ, that sounds strange and don't think we gotten any reports about that. Could you email us at feedback@equilabapp.com with the email linked to your equilab account? Definitely want to take a closer look at that.

I have just looked at my latest ride and the elevation is working again for me, thanks :)

Thanks @Equilab, I will have a look later. It's great news the data is backed up so I will keep my fingers crossed for a solution on your link, if not I'll get in touch.
