Hey guys, I am considering asking for these for christmas as they are on offer, so you get the massage pad and magnetic pad for the price of the massage pad. Just wondering, does anyone have any good/bad experiences with either of these products, as I could just buy the massage pad alone for a cheaper price.

My gelding sometimes gets tight through his back, but other than that has nothing wrong, as such, but still think it would be worth getting to loosen him up etc.? What do you all think?

Thanks for any opinions :D

I have them both due to my horse KS op, though i find them both fantastic and used them on other horses. The massage pad is one of the best going, and the magnetic pad it handy too. :)

I've no experience of either but have heard good things about the massage pad and i have used magnetic leg bands with success.

I was thinking of getting the massage pad, where is this offer? PM if you prefer :) thanks

Love my massage pad - has made a difference to my lad. I got the magnetic pad free with it but haven't ever used it so can't comment on that.

Massage pad is 30 minute sessions, I think the magnetic pad is intended to be used for longer periods.

Hi, I purchased a massage pad at the equine event and have used it for a week on a 17 yr old who gets tight through his back. It is absolutely fab and has made a HUGE difference to him, he feels much looser and more free and immediately I get on him walks out much better. Would definately recommend. they are used for 30 minute sessions.

I think I would use the massage pad but not sure if i would use the magnetic pad. I would imagine you could leave it on for longer periods. Is it quite secure? could you leave it on overnight with a rug?

Magnetic pad shouldn't be left on 24/7, overnight is fine though. My little horror of the horse tested its security quite well- it does not move!! and believe me my horse tested it!!!!
Rug can go over the top :)

I bought the massage pad a while ago on ebay from pre equestrian on ebay, the magnetic pad offer thing had gone at that point. My horse certainly seems to like having the massage pad on, I put it on high for him. I don't actually know if it's made any difference to him but I hope it's helping him. The magnetic pad can be left on over night if your horse is in a stable. I think it can be left on sort of for 12 hours or so. I may still get one as the magnetic collar we bought for our dog certainly seems to have helped him stiffness wise.

The massage pad, each 'session' is set for 30 mins but if you've not got time then you can just switch it off whenever.
