Has anyone used the Equilibrium massage pad repair service?
My trusty old black massage pad, which I’ve had from new and is well over 10 years old, has stopped working. It‘s not a faulty battery (we can check that much, but can’t get any further without dismembering the pad).
Equilibrium offer a repair service for £50. Got to be worth a try, as a new one costs north of £300, but would be interested to hear if anyone else has used this service. If it can’t be fixed, you still have to stump up the £50, but are apparently given an unspecified discount off a new massage pad.
