Hi,

Has anyone used one of these, if so I would be interested in your experiences.

My horse is currently recovering from a serious tendon injury and has just come back into walking ridden work after 5 months. I have been using a borrowed equissage unit and he loves this and it does seem to help to keep him free moving.

However it is not really fair to keep borrowing this so I have been looking at more affordable options. Just wondered if anyone had any good or bad experiences with the equilibrium one.

Thanks

Hi, I've just bought one for my horse whos recovering from a torn sacroiliac ligament (back). She really does love it, and so far (I've only had it three days) its been Fab. Shes just had a bit of a setback and she came in from the field sore again, but 2 days using it and her back has softened right out. Its not as penetrating as the equisage (well the price difference will tell you that!!) but it gets my vote

just bought one, i think they fit better than the equissage (can't stand the way that sits on the withers, you aren't supposed to massage on bone!), can't wait to try it tomorrow, was impressed with demo etc. will report back...!

Hi,

Thank you both for replying. I wonder if you could let me know how you feel it is going when you have been using it for a little while.

Kerilli, yep I agree with you, I dont like the way the equisage sits either. I am desperately trying to get into the equilibrium site at the moment, but there seems to be some technical hitch with it.

Did you actually have a physical demo, what did they show etc.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I desperately want one for my Tb who seems to love our physio so much he hurts himself on a regular basis just to encourage me to get her out....

Have heard nothing but good things about it. Apparently though there is quite a big price difference between the websites who sell it, I got told of one last week who seem to do it cheaper than anywhere else - I think it was horseloverz.co.uk or similar....

The cheapest seem to be Horseloverz who also have a fabulous rug sale on at the moment. Have ordered far too much {oops}
